The hotel was well maintained and clean. Staff was polite and responsive. Location was central.
Air condition was noisy. The coffee ran out at breakfast before 8am. My check in experience was HORRIBLE. Booking.com listed my guest's name on the reservation, even though I paid and booked. We could not check in and all the customer service information in my confirmation said to contact the hotel. The hotel said it was a booking.com issue and did nothing. I started my travel day at 5am and had 10 minutes to freshen up before dinner after they found out the wrong name was on the reservation. Even after it was discovered, they never fixed it. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with booking.com and lack of service, and will not use them again.

Eric. Who checked us in was friendly and helpful. One of the main caretakers also helped to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast had a good variety of food.

Probably the best overall room and facilities we've seen on our cross-country road trip so far. Big room, comfy bed, nice shower, friendly helpful staff, good laundry room, close to good restaurants. Only stayed one night, but it was great.
The only bad thing I can think of is the Wi-Fi cut in and out on me a lot.

Lovely, kind, helpful staff - thank you Eric & Alan! Clean, comfortable, pleasant room with plenty of space & a chaise long to lounge on. Great tasty breakfast with quite a lot of choice, everything seemed fresh & plentiful. Bright, welcoming public areas & handy little fitness centre for some treadmill walking. All in all a great place to stay, shame we only had one night there!
Hate the fixed head shower (not just here, most hotels still have them!) & being short makes them difficult to adjust. Plastic cutlery & paper plates are not so nice for breakfast but still the food is good, though some fresh chopped fruit would have topped it off perfectly.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of foods to choose from.

Great location , rooms were spacious and very clean, beds were very comfortable and lots of breakfast options. The front desk staff provided great service. Would definitely stay again!
