I ask for sheets for four days and the lady that owns this place, she yelled at me and said I need too follow protocol just to get sheets, when she did give them to me they had burn holes all in it. I'm disabled and I paired for a week

Beautiful lobby.Which lets you know it used to be a very nice hotel and the staff is excellent.They did let me know that there had been a flood recently from the sewer pipes , but that it had been cleaned up and that their might be a smell.

Well it took almost hour after I had paid them for reservation to finally get room key then I get to room they nasty sticky crap all over floor some nasty horrific stuff in bathroom sink I ask them to get they never did my room didn't have mattress on bed

This is a relatiely new hotel. Everything was clean and orderly. Check in was quick. Parking was ample. The room was ready upon arrival and was very nice. There were lots of towels and soaps in the bathroom. The beds were very comfy.

The comfort of the beds, the size of rooms(spacious) the low noise levels, the ease of check in process the available amenities in the room and then complimentary or courtesy items that were helpful to go along with. Pleasant staff members.
Bathroom space. Paintings on the wall makes staying here feel like home too. Love the view from the 3rd floor. MainStay Suites is the best thus far. I enjoy it. I like being here.
