Location
It was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful.
The beds were comfortable. The staff at the bistro were excellent.Food was good.

Cons -

Terrible air condition sound, THE TV doesn't sound, No bath mats
hotel doesn't even give you a cup of coffee, no breakfast included either, chain has really changed since my last time staying with them
No complimentary food.
