- The room had a lot of things people might need.
- The staff was good, for the most part.
- Staff and Service were Exceptional.
Cons -
- Pretty much everything was not great for a higher end hotel. 1st walk in to terrible strong scent like they are covering up something. Room was very dirty. Bed was terrible, can feel the springs in your back. Breakfast was overall not great.
- I was unable to switch rooms to a comparable room when the toilet wasn?t working. I asked three nights in a row to be moved from beside the loud icemaker and to a room with a functional toilet. I had to use a hanger to plunge the toilet. Ridiculous.
