Service can be a little slow by the pool, and the food isn¿t that great but other than that everything about this place is great! I have stayed at 7 different hotels in Mazatlan and this is my personal favorite.

The staff from the minute checked in, were great, friendly and helpful. The location for us as a family was excellent because it was in a quiet area, yet a lot of the taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel. Buffet, clean and delicious.

I got there and they gave me a room in a corner it was very dirty. I complained about but the front desk said they didn¿t have any other rooms at the moment. Eventually I was able to get a new room the next day. The hotel is really old and not maintained

The location of this hotel is wonderful with the beach right in front. Away from the crowds, but not too far to get to still hang out with others. The staff was on point and made everything so great for us.
The hotel was great. We encountered issues at entrance but staff was very helpful. We usually stay at the Palms we are now making this our permanent place. The beach is so much better, the pool is heated on bad weather days so you keep enjoying the stay.
