Our uniquely modern beachfront hotel has direct beach access, four swimming pools with amazing views to the Pacific Ocean, elevated dining experiences, and innovative gathering venues. At the hotel every room comes with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. All rooms are fitted with air conditioning, and some rooms also boast a balcony. Speaking English and Spanish, staff are willing to help at the 24-hour front desk. Buffet breakfast is served at an additional cost. The nearest airport is General Rafael Buelna International Airport, 14 mi from thelocal Hotels Mazatlán.

Pros +
- Customer service and amenities are 10/10 we will definitely be staying here again next time.
- The only person that was nice was the person who cleaned our rooms.
- The only nice person in the hotel was the lady that was cleaning our bedroom.
Cons -
- 1- lobby persona madre comments about our 5 bedrooms reservation because was under my name only. 1- Did not let us come back from the beach to the hotel. 3- rooms and pool had a bad smell and they said it wasbecause something was blocked. 4- No follow up
- 1- The staff did not let us come back from the beach because we had too much sand in our feet. But , the shower/faucet on the stairs wasn?t working the entire time we were there and it was 4 days. The security was so mean about it and made us walk around
- Needed upkeep on the pool and some furniture.
