- Hotel staff is excellent and it's in a great location. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by. All inclusive well worth it.
- Location, the balcony, the gardens and lobby were beautiful.
- Friendly & helpful
Cons -
- Only thing we didn't like was having to go home!
- The rooms were dirty, the breakfast was generic, the pool was overcrowded and slimy. It was advertised as no extra charge for kids but then we were charged. The pool party was going late and was very noisy in the room.
- The water could of been hotter. The TV had no English options
