It?s near the airport the hotel bar is nice and the staff are very friendly.
The common areas of the hotel are nice¿- restaurant, and bar/lounge are nice. The gym is above average for a hotel -nice weights as well as pool, steam room, and sauna. The rooms are dated and if it is very hot the AC struggled to keep the rooms cool.
The rooms were clean and the pool area was very nice

Top Tips
- Book hotels 6 to 12 weeks in advance for major Messe events such as the Frankfurt Book Fair in October or IAA Transportation in September. Prices can surge 50-100% during these fairs, but early booking helps avoid significant rate increases and secures a wider range of room options. Confirm event dates each year, as schedules may shift.
- Factor in Frankfurt's tourism tax of €1.50–€3 (approx. $2–$3 USD) per person per night. This tax is usually collected at checkout and is in addition to your reservation charge. Review your booking summary before arrival to budget accordingly.
- Stay in neighborhoods like Westend or Sachsenhausen for quieter evenings and a more residential feel. These areas are suitable for families and are less than 2 km from Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn or tram. Bahnhofsviertel has higher street activity at night and may not suit all travelers.
- Choose to pay in Euros (EUR) when using your card at hotels. Declining Dynamic Currency Conversion helps avoid typical 2-5% foreign transaction fees and generally provides a better exchange rate. Check the payment terminal and confirm this selection before entering your PIN.
- Request step-free access or an accessible room at least 2 to 4 weeks before arrival if needed. Many hotels offer elevators or ramps, but layouts and amenities may vary. Clarify your specific needs, such as a roll-in shower or visual alarms, during booking to confirm your requirements are met.
- Check hotel Wi-Fi speeds if you require reliable connectivity for work. Most business hotels provide 50-100 Mbps download, but speeds can vary; ask the property for recent figures if this is essential for your stay.
- Use the S-Bahn lines S8 or S9 from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Hauptbahnhof. Trains depart every 15 minutes and take about 12-15 minutes, making this the fastest and most cost-effective public transport option to the city center. Expect fares of approximately €5–€6, compared to up to €40 by taxi.
- Validate your RMV public transport ticket before boarding. Digital tickets from the RMV app or DB Navigator must also be validated in-app. Fines for unvalidated tickets start at €60, so check ticket status before travel to avoid penalties.
- Bring a Type F (Schuko) adapter for German 230 V, 50 Hz sockets. Most hotel rooms lack USB-A or USB-C bedside outlets. Some hotels may offer adapters at reception, but supplies can be limited and may not fit UK or US plugs if your devices are not dual voltage—request in advance if you're unsure.
- Confirm late check-in instructions for small guesthouses, as many close reception by 20:00 and require a PIN or card for late access. Always request written entry instructions, including codes, if you expect to arrive after hours.
