- The breakfasts with the variety of foods were very nice. We did have a very nice and friendly room service lady; however she was the only staff person who didn't act put out when we asked her a question & we left her a nice tip to show our appreciation

Cons -
- Falsely advertised airport shuttle - we were dropped off at a nearby hotel (Holiday Inn) and asked to talk to Hampton at Hilton with luggage, then the next day charged for shuttle back to the airport
- The staff was not all that friendly even in the dining room.
- The airport shuttle. It was late and 2 tokens cost as much as 2 people taking a taxi. We bought the shuttle tokens and ended up taking a taxi anyway.
