- Room 408 is a large quiet comfortable place to work.
- Reception Front Desk specialist  was excellent! Friendly, helpful, understanding. I explained how I felt after one night in room 608 New Wing, so small like a prison cell, nicht so gut :( Hotel employee immediately arranged a larger room for me
Cons -
- no coffee machine nor no safe in the room; shower stall drain was completely clogged (evidence of systematic maintenance not undertaken); some staff members not friendly (in particular the food service person that supports the conference area - older man)
- So-called 4-star room in the new wing was tiny, cramped.
- New-wing rooms are tiny, not really a 5-star feeling. Yes, yes, all things in Old Europe are tiny, but come on guys! I am 6 foot five inches tall and need SPACE to breath stretch and do my calesthenics!
