- Clean, nice staffs, great location, good price, good breakfast
- Proximity to attractions and easy to get around.
- Nice bed and clean bathroom.
Cons -
- Too close to Hauphtbanhof, the homeless and needle clinics are close by. Not too safe for female travelers, especially solo at night or morning.

- Check-in unprofessional; took too long. Found hair in bathtub (I have fine curly red, hair found was course straight black). HARD BED. I lived in & traveled around Asia for 7 years and never slept on such a hard bed.
