- Twice a day we were forced to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke from the dozen or more people gathered immediately in front of the main door. Please move the ashtrays next to the elk! All my clothes STANK of cigarette smoke! GROSS & $drycleani
- It needs a deep cleaning, I always bring my own disinfectant wipes so I cleaned knobs, doors, tables myself but there is a lot of visible dust that has not been cleaned in a while.

Location is perfect, plus we got a room on the 17th floor which was wonderful to view the river
