Located right on the beach, solid air conditioning system, the building itself is clearly older but the rooms have obviously been recently renovated. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The location is wonderful, and the rooms have been updated. 'Hotel employee kept the rooms immaculate daily! The full sized GE fridge was amazing, especially with the beverages we needed to get cold right away. It was important that it was a non-smoking hotel.

The location was great! The boardwalk, arcade, and amusements were just a short walk. There was a buffet right across the street. We had a wonderful breakfast there every day. But the best was the spa and massage therapist. Book in advance.

We arrived very late. Hotel clerk made extra trip to office when we arrived after operating hours. Very kind. Gave us a room closest to our group. Very accommodating. Room was newly refurbished and clean.
It?s a good place to stay if you just need a good bed and a pretty clean room located close to the beach and boardwalk.
There were several things that I really liked. 1. The proximity to the boardwalk. It is within 2 short blocks of Morey?s Pier Park and good dining establishments, so there is a savings on parking. 2. By 10 pm, the pool is closed and it?s very quiet.

Not much to be honest. from the pictures I thought this would be nice. Did not like that the rooms were not inside. This was a a motel not a hotel. staff was decent but also didn't really care a ton about the water issue.
Location was amazing, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and all of the facilities were very clean. The (free) continental breakfast was a great surprise too!

Everything was a lot cleaner than expected. Yes, there were some minor things missing in the room like towel racks and such but overall, they were little things that didn¿t effect the stay.
