The staff could not do enough to help. For example, they provided blanket and sheet for example as the duvet was too hot.
The location was outstanding. It was very easy to walk to the majority of the top attractions in Dublin
I loved absolutely everything about this hotel and it is hard to pick a favorite. If I had to choose, I think the room itself was my favorite part of the hotel.

Location is perfect- across the street from Enterprise car rental and a Dunnes grocery, cafe and department store, short walk to Gratton Street, Temple Bar, Trinity College and Stephen's Green Park. Staff helpful.
The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to the action but not in Temple Bar.
Their staff was amazing—professional, polite, helpful, and so very thoughtful.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!
Location. It was amazing. Everything we booked or needed to go to was like 1 or 2 blocks away. It even became a joke when we would say "where to next" or "where do we meet the bus" and boom it was right there.
The location is perfect for restaurants and site seeing.

Excellent location, hotel bar and 24/7 front desk
Front desk staff was very helpful when we found out we had no air-conditioning in our room. They moved us to another room across the hall that had a much cooler temperature and allowed us to stay there both nights.

The staff was exceptional!
AC worked great -- we stayed at the Stormant in Belfast for 2 nights and it had no AC which was very disappointing. Bed was comfortable
The first two nights we were in the second floor by the street, and it was still loud but tolerable. The next room we had on to 22nd. We were on the first floor next to the street again. And it was very loud. I could hear people talking outside the room

Excellent location on the Grand Canal in Dublin¿s South side. The room was quiet and the rain shower was delightful. The bed mattress had just right amount of firmness. Breakfast was a buffet and the food seemed fresh. The staff were professional.

Very clean rooms, well appointed, and set for lengthy stay. Once an issue found, an apologetic and rapid effort to fix it.
The hotel was well located for my needs. Close enough to walk to Temple Bar or Trinity College and near to several bus stops. The room was nicely set up - although it had minimal storage for clothes. There is a Tesco Express around the corner.

Top Tips
- Book Dublin hotels 45 to 60 days ahead to potentially save 22 to 35% on rates. Prices can increase significantly during major events like St. Patrick’s Festival, so set alerts for event dates to monitor rate changes.
- Choose to be charged in EUR at hotels and ATMs to avoid Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) fees of 3 to 7% on card payments. Always check the payment screen before confirming to ensure EUR is selected.
- Save 20 to 25% by booking north of the Liffey, such as Smithfield or Stoneybatter, where nightly rates are €140 to €180 (approx. $150 to $190 USD). These neighborhoods are a 12 to 18 minute walk to the city center.
- Expect a 13.5% VAT charge on all hotel bills in Dublin. Some full-service hotels automatically add a 10 to 15% service charge, so review your bill closely and ask if these fees are included before paying.
- Wi-Fi speeds in Dublin city hotels average 42 Mbps (ComReg 2023). Request business-grade or fiber-connected options when high-speed access is critical for remote work.
- Use the Luas Green Line (BXD) from Docklands to reach the airport in 28 minutes for €2.15 (approx. $2.30 USD). This is much less than a typical taxi, which costs €25 to €30 (approx. $27 to $32 USD).
- Request step-free access when booking if needed. Fewer than 1 in 8 Dublin hotels rated 3 stars or higher are fully accessible under the Access and Inclusion Act 2018; confirm room and building features in advance.
- Temple Bar hotels may have nighttime noise levels above 70 dB (EPA data), and rates often rise 30 to 50% during weekends or events like All-Ireland finals. Check hotel noise ratings and event calendars if you want a quieter stay.
- Hotels with Green Hospitality Certification use 18 to 22% less water and energy. Look for badges from Origin Green or Green Hospitality Ireland to stay at a certified sustainable property.
- Carry €50 to €100 (approx. $55 to $110 USD) in cash when staying at small heritage guesthouses outside the city center. About 30% of these venues may not accept cards.
- Filter for 'no single supplement' on B&B bookings to avoid 20 to 35% extra charges for solo travelers. On platforms like BedandBreakfast.ie, confirm the supplement policy at booking for transparency.
- Confirm if breakfast is included when booking. Many Dublin hotels charge €18 to €25 (approx. $19 to $27 USD) extra for continental or full Irish breakfast, while local cafés typically offer breakfast for €12 to €15 (approx. $15 to $16 USD).
