Accommodated our early arrival by storing our luggage. Provided a bagged lunch on the day we had an early tour departure which meant missing breakfast. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The location is perfect. The bus runs right from the airport to a stop in front of the hotel. All of our tour buses had pick up locations within 5 minutes of our hotel. We could also walk to Temple Bar, Dublin Castle, etc within about 10-15 minutes
The hotel is right on the 747 bus to and from the airport. You can buy bus tickets right in the lobby and bus stop is right outside the hotel. Makes getting to and from the airport cheap and easy. The staff was also excellent. Cheerful and very helpful.
Clean, centrally located, pleasant and helpful staff. Great value breakfast. Room 501 was very nice for three people to stay in. Free internet.

The staff was exceptional!
AC worked great -- we stayed at the Stormant in Belfast for 2 nights and it had no AC which was very disappointing. Bed was comfortable
The first two nights we were in the second floor by the street, and it was still loud but tolerable. The next room we had on to 22nd. We were on the first floor next to the street again. And it was very loud. I could hear people talking outside the room

the staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The hotel is located in a nice-enough area that is not in the middle of all of the action, but did not feel unsafe in any way. Breakfast was very nice and the bar was excellent.
Cool hotel but there was a problem and they couldn't fix it. I asked several staff members and no one resolved my problem.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!
Location. It was amazing. Everything we booked or needed to go to was like 1 or 2 blocks away. It even became a joke when we would say "where to next" or "where do we meet the bus" and boom it was right there.
The location is perfect for restaurants and site seeing.

Top Tips
- Book at least 2-3 months in advance for summer visits or busy event weeks at Dublin Airport to access lower rates and better shuttle availability. Join hotel email lists or loyalty programs for exclusive early booking deals.
- Choose hotels with complimentary, frequent shuttle service to Dublin Airport terminals, saving you €20-€30 (approx. $22-$33 USD) per trip compared to taxis. Confirm shuttle hours; many run every 20-30 minutes, but verify overnight or accessible options before arrival.
- Request a higher-floor room away from runways to reduce aircraft noise at Dublin Airport hotels. Check if your chosen property offers triple-glazed windows, common in major chains, to help ensure a restful stay.
- Dublin Airport is not served by direct train or tram lines. Take Aircoach or Dublin Bus Airlink express services to the city center for €6-€7 (approx. $6.50-$7.50 USD) each way. Ask your hotel if they sell bus tickets or offer a booking kiosk in the lobby.
- If you have an early flight, ask if your Dublin Airport hotel offers breakfast from 4:00 or 5:00 AM or packed meal options, standard among top brands. Notify staff in advance for special dietary requirements or to reserve a take-away breakfast.
- Parking at Dublin city hotels can cost €2-€5 (approx. $2.20-$5.50 USD) per hour, with limited spaces. Many airport hotels offer inclusive parking packages; ask about on-site accessible or EV charging spots, and check for bundled rates through your hotel loyalty program.
- Tipping in Ireland is optional; 10-15% at restaurants is typical (about €5-€10 on a €50 bill), and rounding up for taxis is standard. For hotel services like bell staff or housekeeping, ask your hotel concierge for current practice.
- Ireland uses 230V Type G plug sockets. Bring a UK-compatible adapter, or ask your hotel, as many provide adapter lending or have USB charging ports in-room.
- Check whether the 13.5% VAT is included in your hotel’s published rate, and ask about potential extra fees or city taxes before confirming your booking. Review your reservation email or request an itemized breakdown from reception at check-in.
- Sign up for hotel loyalty programs. Dublin Airport hotels often offer lounge access, complimentary late check-out, or room upgrades to members. Register before arrival to unlock faster Wi-Fi or priority amenities.
- Request late checkout at booking or when you arrive. Dublin Airport hotels frequently accommodate late departures, especially for loyalty members or business guests. Some offer this service via mobile app for quick confirmation.
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID, with passports required for non-EU guests, plus a credit or debit card for check-in. Hotels typically place a pre-authorization hold for incidentals; check in advance for accepted card types and expected amounts.
- Contact your hotel immediately about flight delays or cancellations. Most Dublin Airport hotels will hold your reservation or update shuttle bookings if notified in advance. Use the hotel’s mobile app or 24-hour front desk number for fastest service.
- Check recent guest reviews for details on shuttle frequency, noise levels, and check-in efficiency at Dublin Airport hotels. For verified feedback, use trusted sites or hotel apps with up-to-date guest ratings.
- For layovers over 3 hours, visit Swords Village, just 10-15 minutes from Dublin Airport by taxi or bus, to discover local pubs, shops, and restaurants. Ask your hotel concierge for a map or recommendations, including accessible or family-friendly spots.
