- The restaurant staff were completely overwhelmed by the number of people at the hotel having dinner and people had to wait 30 minutes or longer just to get a menu on the table. My heart goes out to them, but there should’ve been a way to call in help
- Shuttles don?t run every 15 minutes as advertised (waited over an hour). Wi-Fi login didn?t work. When I called about a lost wallet, staff refused to check the room and directed me to a form instead. felt more like a motel.
- The beds are old and are not Hilton quality
