- When I checked out early because I was dissatisfied with the hotel. They gave me a refund for the remaining days.
- Accommodated our early arrival by storing our luggage. Provided a bagged lunch on the day we had an early tour departure which meant missing breakfast. Very good breakfast. Very helpful staff.
Cons -
- One: told me that I wasn¿t allowed to have visitors in my room. What hotel restricts guess from having other guests. Two: you cant come & go freely, because the building door is locked and needs someone to open it for you. Three: No food no drink or ice
- Hotel employee dealing with staffing issues at the reception desk while we were waiting to check in - not a comfortable situation, nor appreciated to be kept waiting after travelling all night and putting in several hours touring around Dublin until check in time.
