Pros +
- The hotel was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.
- Very clean rooms, well appointed, and set for lengthy stay. Once an issue found, an apologetic and rapid effort to fix it.
- Staff lovely friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant.
Cons -
- The USE OF AI was never fully tested. Incapable of easily reaching the front desk (wrong contact number), use of WhatsApp and an AI robot for an idiotic interchange. No checking whether room had bathroom tissue after servicing.
- The hotel is in two buildings and it was a bit challenging to find my way around at first. The Desk Clerk was good enough to walk me (and another arrival) through the layout to our building.

The hotel was well located for my needs. Close enough to walk to Temple Bar or Trinity College and near to several bus stops. The room was nicely set up - although it had minimal storage for clothes. There is a Tesco Express around the corner.
The hotel is in two buildings and it was a bit challenging to find my way around at first. The Desk Clerk was good enough to walk me (and another arrival) through the layout to our building.
