- The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!
- Location. It was amazing. Everything we booked or needed to go to was like 1 or 2 blocks away. It even became a joke when we would say "where to next" or "where do we meet the bus" and boom it was right there.

- No issues. Maybe some noise at night from the bars, but not their fault and they supply ear plugs.
- I was under the impression I would get a room similar to the one pictured in the description. The room I got was unacceptable. The twin and full bed was a bunk bed that was dangerous to get in and out of for an elderly gentleman. Shower was unsafe.
