The location was perfect both in proximity to everything we wanted to do and it's location on the water. The mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby we're super useful. The mattress was comfortable.

The cabin was perfect for our overnight stay to see the Apostle Islands and Pictured Rocks. We enjoyed everything from the staff, and quaint rooms to the fire pit (and included firewood). The view of the lake provided a relaxing night.

Unfavorable. The rating of the room was a factor in selecting this location. Star rating not updated. Trash outside the door, stained, dirty, torn carpet; trash was not emptied-appalling, outdated, eyesore. Would not recommend this place for a dog.

Owners were both very helpful and friendly. I loved the fact of coming to a small "Mom and Pop" motel with no commotion. This business was very clean and lived up to all my expectations. There was a sm frig,hair dryer and microwave.Snow removal great.

Loved this place!! The hosts were so nice and welcoming. Gorgeous location-our sunrise kayaking on Lake Owen was sublime. Hope to return here for a longer stay one day!!

The location on the river was gorgeous. Would have loved to explore the area more, but our travel plans didn't allow it. We had a king room, which was a nice size and the balcony overlooking the water was a welcome bonus.
