- Didn't like anything about this hotel. If I had known a head of time that there would be absolutely not staff in this hotel I would never have booked a stay here. I didn't even check in when I found out there was only a kiosk with a talking head to check in with.

- Thin walls. Zero in person staff - check in by Zoom. Unclean. Greeted by a pineapple logo on the front door, which gave the perception that the hotel promotes open swinging. Felt that the hotel was entirely misrepresented by the website and accompanying photos

Didn't like anything about this hotel. If I had known a head of time that there would be absolutely not staff in this hotel I would never have booked a stay here. I didn't even check in when I found out there was only a kiosk with a talking head to check in with.
No staff on premises, no security doors to enter hotel nor to access the door to the stairway to second floor. Did not feel safe the minute I walked into this hotel. I did not check in nor stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. I tried to get a refund but was denied. So overall it was a terrible experience. To be denied a refund due to safety issues is beyond poor customer service. The listing for the hotel on booking.com never mentions that there is no staff in this hotel, if it had been stated I would have had the option to not book this hotel stay.
