Cleanness every where and in the rooms in particular. Glass shower doors in the bathroom.
The location was just perfect since my family and I chose this hotel to be close to a graduation venue. But facility was clean, staff (especially Yan) were kind and helpful since there was minor issue with receiving functional room key, but she was on the issue and we received a key within 15 mins of arriving. We also enjoyed the hydration station plus Breakfast variety! Great hotel and would book again.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. We also used the laundry facilities and they were great and clean as well. There was plenty of parking and it was free. Its close enough to Austin that you can go out and enjoy the restaurants and many things to do around the area.

Nice accommodation located outside of downtown Austin, but not too far away (10 minutes by car), with a decent breakfast and even a nice snack option in the evening, that can easily be a light dinner. Free parking was also available.
Good choice hotel. Just off the highway. Comfortable beds and rooms. Facility is getting a little dated but is still a good place to stay. Restaurants are right right next door. Private parking available which is a good feature.
Our stay at this hotel was problem-free. The location was great, the room was clean, service was quick and employees were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

King room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient. Wi-fi was free and performed great. Bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. A separate control allows you to control temperature before stepping into the shower. TV was large and picture was good; and you could use your personal Amazon Prime, Apple TV, or Netflix account.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean and spacious. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly restful stay. I highly recommend this hotel! Plus, its convenient location within walking distance of a Walmart is perfect for any last-minute needs.

The location was wonderful for our short 2-day business trip. We were able to walk around the downtown area, walk down by the river and across to the park. There were plenty of restaurants, night life, and shopping. We felt safe in the area around the hotel.

I love this hotel, it’s my second time here. The room is tide and clean, the bed is cozy, and I love the pool very much, and the restaurant and cafe provide decent food and drinks. So many good memories here, definitely I will come back again soon.

Good choice hotel. Just off the highway. Comfortable beds and rooms. Facility is getting a little dated but is still a good place to stay. Restaurants are right right next door. Private parking available which is a good feature.
Our stay at this hotel was problem-free. The location was great, the room was clean, service was quick and employees were all pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

King room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient. Wi-fi was free and performed great. Bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. A separate control allows you to control temperature before stepping into the shower. TV was large and picture was good; and you could use your personal Amazon Prime, Apple TV, or Netflix account.

The location was wonderful for our short 2-day business trip. We were able to walk around the downtown area, walk down by the river and across to the park. There were plenty of restaurants, night life, and shopping. We felt safe in the area around the hotel.

Good location
Property was fresh and clean. Evening front desk was so kind and welcoming. She knew we had a bad experience at another hotel and just made us feel good. Rooms/beds were very comfortable. We did not do a breakfast but what we saw looked good. Next time we are in Austin we will be back.
Great place to stay! I left 3 jackets hanging in the room when we left. The maid had turned them into the office when I called and three days later when I returned, they were there. Honest staff.

Great location. Well maintained historical site. Nicely decorated and very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The valets were very willing to help with recommendations. Jerry was extremely kind and friendly!
The hotel was excellent. It had fantastic facilities, was spotlessly clean and the staff were beyond helpful. The gym was excellent with a great selection of equipment and a lovely pool. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

Nice hotel in general, nice decoration.
King room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient. Wi-fi was free and performed great. Bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. A separate control allows you to control temperature before stepping into the shower. TV was large and picture was good; and you could use your personal Amazon Prime, Apple TV, or Netflix account.

Excellent staff (especially the very friendly valet boys). Nice to have the shuttles which were key to our ACL weekend. Big rooms and very comfortable beds and nice linens. Cool vibe.
The staff was very friendly and caring. Our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We had dinner one evening and breakfast one morning at the restaurant and the food was delicious and the service was great. We loved the evening room turndown service. We have not stayed at a boutique hotel before, and we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent location, great room and hotel had excellent facilities. The pool area was lovely, spa was one of the best we’ve ever been to and the butler’s pantry was the cherry on top. Shoutout to all the valets! The shuttle was incredibly helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to feel taken care of.

I could not recommend the Fairmont with any more enthusiasm! If I could rate it an eleven or twelve I would! The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was attended to. The staff were friendly and always more than willing to help. The Gold level provided access to a private 35th floor longe with a wonderful breakfast, afternoon snack, canape and dessert. The view of Austin from the lounge was spectacular! Access to the heated rooftop pool was from the 7th floor. It was comfortable and relaxing even in though the air was cool during our visit. We borrowed the complimentary bikes and used the extensive trail system to explore the city daily.
Gold experience = the breakfast in the high floor was amazing - as good as it gets. Rooms were great and very comfortable, bathrooms too. Overall service was very good. Pretty hotel and comfortable.

The location was wonderful for our short 2-day business trip. We were able to walk around the downtown area, walk down by the river and across to the park. There were plenty of restaurants, night life, and shopping. We felt safe in the area around the hotel.

I could not recommend the Fairmont with any more enthusiasm! If I could rate it an eleven or twelve I would! The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Every detail was attended to. The staff were friendly and always more than willing to help. The Gold level provided access to a private 35th floor longe with a wonderful breakfast, afternoon snack, canape and dessert. The view of Austin from the lounge was spectacular! Access to the heated rooftop pool was from the 7th floor. It was comfortable and relaxing even in though the air was cool during our visit. We borrowed the complimentary bikes and used the extensive trail system to explore the city daily.
Gold experience = the breakfast in the high floor was amazing - as good as it gets. Rooms were great and very comfortable, bathrooms too. Overall service was very good. Pretty hotel and comfortable.

The property is located in The Domain area so there is a ton of things to do around there in walking distance. Even though you’re in a highly populated area, you never hear the noise of traffic when you’re in the property. The courtyard area is fantastic and quaint. I highly recommend grabbing a drink and sitting outside by the fire pit in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

King room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was polite and efficient. Wi-fi was free and performed great. Bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent. A separate control allows you to control temperature before stepping into the shower. TV was large and picture was good; and you could use your personal Amazon Prime, Apple TV, or Netflix account.

The location was wonderful for our short 2-day business trip. We were able to walk around the downtown area, walk down by the river and across to the park. There were plenty of restaurants, night life, and shopping. We felt safe in the area around the hotel.
