The staff were great! Helpful, attentive, and good at keeping a conversation. Lived in Austin 10 years and enjoyed visiting

The staff was so kind and friendly.

Cons -

Boring hotel bar music that drove us back to our room. AC does not stay cold/on-it?s muggy in the room. Bed is VERY firm. No privacy on windows. Self checkin is not seamless -line to wait for help.
Room leaked a staff showed no cares about this issue when we were checking out. Rooms are very small for two people and big luggage.

The only thing I can possibly complain about is the bed. If you sleep next to the window you have to crawl over your partner to get to the bathroom
