Great room and location, amazing amenities, and amazingly comfortable bed. Would definitely book again
The pool looked like it had semen floating on topStaff should really be keeping their eyes on the facility to make sure couples aren't going too far in a hotel public pool

It’s a really pretty hotel it’s very night it’s very clean the room was big very clean I loved it and the bed was really comfortable
The front desk worker was really rude and the security person was rude

Indoor pool
Staff did not explain anything, no FREE breakfast WAS A HUGE disappointment, asking employee questions and only ones who knew how to speak English was the front desk…

The hotel was nice. The housekeeping staff were helpful and nice.
The breakfast was not good and overpriced. Thankfully, I had vouchers because I'm Bonvoy member, otherwise, I would have asked for a refund. The plugs in my room didn't work and they didn't have the usb options.

Nice staff, clean room, confortable beds, great location. Housekeeper Maria was always so kind. Breakfast is good, but they were always out of something and understaffed, so keep that in mind because you may have to wait quite a bit to get your order and to get the food served. But very good overall!!!

Staff courteous and helpful. Overall clean and professional.
Noisy and ineffective bathroom fan, that comes on with the single light. No separate vanity light, so obnoxious fan on all the time. No wifi internet without an upcharge, even though they say free wifi. Strong smell of room scent products saturates clothes. Muted road noise in room on east side that faces freeway. Slept much better second night using earplugs.
