I booked this hotel for the indoor pool. I DID NOT NOTICE HOURS WERE 10AM TO 10PM. Gentleman at front desk a Was so kind to let my Granddaughter and I have early access. We checked out at 9:45 am. That was so nice.

The staff was very nice. This was our fourth stay here. We were dropping our son off at WCU. I did not expect a 4 star but little things should be addressed like room smell, hallway carpet and walls (dirty and marked up).

It was a very spacious room and it overlooked the river and the bed was extra comfortable. It had a lot of amenities.

Very good quality for the price. The pool was very nice. . Loved the location. Easy access to town, while still sort of being outside of town. Each floor of the hotel had a little lounge area which was really nice. Great staff.
