- Location
- We were meeting family for breakfast so didn’t take advantage of the breakfast. Though the eggs, sausage, waffles etc looked great!We loved the location and price. We’ve stayed here before and will again.

Cons -
- The room was dirty , tub stopped up, sink stopped up, sheets have holes
- The lobby needs an update. The old 70’s furniture looked trashy and not welcoming. Would like the let policy to be less expensive so we could have brought our dog.
- We arrived and the remotes (yes there were two) didn't work. I had to go downstairs and get another one. I was told if that didn't work we would have to change rooms. We left for a little while and when we returned, the new remote didn't work either. At 11:30 pm we had to change rooms. We were going to fill the ice bucket but the new room didn't have one. Again downstairs we go and were taken back to our original room to retrieve that one. When you enter the lobby there is a sign that indicates "ice and vending on every floor" Not so. We were then directed back down to the lobby. Oh, and the other reason we had to change rooms is because the hvac unit was only blowing cold air and in Maggie Valley it was about 35 degrees at the time.

The comfort of the bed
