No, I did NOT enjoy my stay in KC. 1st room had: 2 dirty beds, blankets on the floor, used towels & soaps. 1 person working there. Sewage in hall from toilet. 2nd room bedspreads w/ many cigarette burn holes & 1 spread also torn. I have pics of it all.

No, I did NOT enjoy my stay in KC. 1st room had: 2 dirty beds, blankets on the floor, used towels & soaps. 1 person working there. Sewage in hall from toilet. 2nd room bedspreads w/ many cigarette burn holes & 1 spread also torn. I have pics of it all.

The old school Elegance, the retro vibe was really neat. The staff from the valet to the front desk was amazing. the front desk helped us with our hiccup and was just generally a gem to deal with. The two gentlemen at valet were spectacular

It is a close competition between the excellent front desk staff, the superstar bartender who told us about the history of the building while she mixed our cocktails, and the sumptuous king suite we stayed in. All wonderful, top-notch.
