Their computer was down and we couldn't check in. They promised a refund. They double charged me and refunded one charge. I called it in the next morning and they promised a refund and said they were sending me a receipt. Neither happened.

My room stunk the heat wouldn't turn down all night. People knocked on my door three times during the night and woke me up. They were slamming doors. Nothing was great about this experience

Roaches and the accommodations were unacceptable and I was unable to change my reservation to a different hotel it was like I was renting a room in a homeless shelter,the windows were rigged to open 2 or 3 inches would hate for a fire to break out!

The room was clean and the customer service was okay but $100 deposit was so overrated.

Two men had a key to open my door. Luckily the security latch was on. They claimed to be maintenance while banging the door open against the latch, demanded to be let in & said they can ?see our shadows?. Front desk says the system ?checked us out early?

It is a close competition between the excellent front desk staff, the superstar bartender who told us about the history of the building while she mixed our cocktails, and the sumptuous king suite we stayed in. All wonderful, top-notch.
