Location was great.
No heat in the room. No clear English speaking guest servicest. Price was outrageous. Consistent water noise in the room in room number 314.

Staff were friendly and helpful
Room was 85 degrees when we got there and could not get it to cool down. The refrigerator didn't work and the staff didn't fix or replace it.

The location was great!
The nicer details were lacking, such as the pillows were old and in need of replacements. Also the towels were old, thin and extremely rough. The hand soap was a thin shaving of soap.

We booked 2 rooms hot our family of 6 because that was all booking.com had available. But when we arrived they upgraded us to a room to fit 6 for the price of one room, so we saved money. A big bonus. Furthermore this room had a separate bedroom from the family room! We've stayed in 7 hotels during this Roadtrip and none had that (or not for a much higher price). Thoroughly impressed with that. The room was comfy. The breakfast was very nice with fresh/hot selections. Free parking with which, considering the location, is a bonus. Cozy queen beds
The pool wasn't working. We've stayed in 7 hotels during our Roadtrip, all with pools. This was the only one without a working pool, a great disappointment to our kids. Slightly dated fixtures in the room but not dirty or grimy or anything. Totally suitable and lovely.
