- It is a close competition between the excellent front desk staff, the superstar bartender who told us about the history of the building while she mixed our cocktails, and the sumptuous king suite we stayed in. All wonderful, top-notch.
- Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and friendly.
- Room was great! Beautiful building!
Cons -
- Not the hotel's fault, but the road construction nearby made the last several blocks of our drive to the Savoy a little treacherous and confusing. Again, 100% out of the control of the hotel, which was otherwise one of the nicest places we've stayed.
- Breakfast not available to eight o'clock. No coffee in lobby or commons area. No public computer available.
- A/C was terrible and couldn?t get the room below 77. The room had an odor that was uncomfortable. The beds were too low to the floor and too soft
