Their computer was down and we couldn't check in. They promised a refund. They double charged me and refunded one charge. I called it in the next morning and they promised a refund and said they were sending me a receipt. Neither happened.

Hard to say....on site, long-term parking was a big plus. The remodel job they Orangewood group did on the hotel was fantastic. The staff were great. Location was great.

The bed was dirty with crumbs underneath the blanket. There was a hole in the floor that you can feel would break if you added to much weight on top of it.

It was very clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. I dropped my toothbrush, and they didn't have a complimentary one, but they offered to drive me to the gas station to buy one if I needed. Loved the large fridge and clean room.

They had waffles for breakfast and the bus stop was directly outside the motel.

It is a close competition between the excellent front desk staff, the superstar bartender who told us about the history of the building while she mixed our cocktails, and the sumptuous king suite we stayed in. All wonderful, top-notch.
