The managers/staff were wonderful. We dealt more with the night managers & they were fantastic. Any problem we had were taken care of immediately. They were always very nice & answered all questions with a smile. The open pool/hot tub was great.

Not only was the room clean and well appointed but the desk clerk, was above and beyond. She was helpful and efficient and greeted us by name every time we came and went. We were there for a family funeral. Her cheerfulness really helped our stay.

The hotel is very old. It was remodeled in the foyer and eating area but the rooms are just as old as they were originally. It needs updating badly. The staff is very courteous.
