There is a lady that works in the mornings who was very sweet and friendly however, i believe the manager of the place is garbage! Rude af. So is the lead housekeeper, garbage!
The staff were nice, and the shower setup actually fit better than the usual slippy tub at more expensive places.

My experience with staff they were friendly kind and courteous.
It was the personal touches for me like surprising my daughters with Easter baskets & a gourmet hot chocolate bar. Staff were sweet yet professional. I also appreciate that the pool room had a fully stocked shower so my children could get the chlorine out
