- Close access to red rocks!
- Very nice staff. Good breakfast with very attentive attendant.
- Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower.
Cons -
- We were on the second floor and the sewer backed up into our shower almost daily. Lots of stains in carpeting throughout the facility. Building seemed dated and needing a face-lift.
- Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Automatic parking charge for a car (I didn?t have a car).
- Room had broken and missing amenities. We were informed they only clean their rooms every 3 days, conveniently the day we checked out was the day the room was scheduled to be cleaned.
