Clean and comfortable
The bed was cozy and the location is perfect distance to my office.
The soap and shampoo, the bed was perfect. Good attention to details

Cons -

The dining experience was bar like, loud and not relaxing or healthy.
I was double charged and had to point that out to the staff. They didn?t catch it until I said something before they corrected it. Also ordered breakfast to my room and there was a sharp piece of melted plastic in my bacon. I ended up not eating any of it
Had to walk a long distance from elevator to the room

Clean and comfortable

We needed a break from our world. This was very a wonderful experience. Wish we could stay longer.

Even if there was a small issue. We always got the help we needed.
