The common areas were nice and the breakfast had enough options. Free parking is always a plus. The bathroom was also a decent size.

The mini fridge never got cold. I asked the front desk to look at it. The lady who was working at the time gave me an attitude about it and acted like I broke it. She said she would ask maintenance to look at it but that never happened. I asked a different staff member about it nearly 12 hours later. He said maintenance was on a lunch break at 7:30pm. I called again at 8pm and told them to forget it until the morning because it was getting late. I ended up filled bags with ice and using the mini fridge like a cooler.The next morning I had a note from maintenance that they took a look and would be back by to make sure it was working. They didn't stop by again and the mini fridge was still not working. We had to throw away food that was not kept cool. Such a waste.The pillows were also not firm enough although the bed was comfortable. I feel like the price was a bit too high for the size of the room and lack of many amenities.

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff responsive to needs, well kept breakfast buffet with good variety. Especially like the room layout for suite, with grandson using sofa bed. Very nice facility overall.

Nothing wrong except walls might need better soundproofing. But who would expect severalguests in room next door to be partying at 1:00 am? Staff quickly got them to turn off music, but they kept talking and laughing loudly and had to be told again.

Clean room, friendly staff, they even were able to hold onto some studs I left in the room post checking out. It's also in a good area with public transportation available into the city.

Great location

Breakfast was closing at 10 one morning (we thought it was until 10:30) and we were rushed so couldn’t eat properly. However, the staff was great and helpful. Hotel is very clean!
