Very courteous and helpful team.
The attention to detail,every piece of furniture, the lighting, the tv on a lazy susan, the in room cocktail kit, all so lovely & well thought out. A truly beautiful room-very comfortable.
The location was fantastic...great restaurants,classy lounge, beautiful room & superior bed.

Cons -

Wish there had been a nightlight in the bathroom. Other than that, this hotel was absolute perfection.
I did not care for the person who checked us in. She talked waaaaay too fast, was somewhat officious which was not a welcoming experience. Luckily, thee staff around her tried their best to be friendly and more helpful.
Cleaning staff knocked early (before 8), woke us up, and returned multiple times to ask when they could clean the room--even though we were checking out at 11AM that same morning. Seemingly they could have just waited until after we checked out.

Great location. Great access to shops, food, restaurants. Nice perks (discounts at nearby establishments) included. Very friendly staff. Very nice "get away" for Denverites looking for a fun overnight in town.
