- From check-in to check-out, our experience was superb. The room was clean, with plenty of soft pillows on each bed. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the entire experience was for the price I paid.
- I got a very nice warm greeting from Hotel employee. Plenty of parking. My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable the sheets very soft. I didn't eat, but it looked like a nice election and it was a very clean area.

Cons -
- Location, clientele activity
- I didn't really love the part of town I was in but that's not the fault of the hotel. It's just reality and around 10 o'clock. Somebody decided to remove tile in the hallway and all I heard was banging in bus off so it wasn't a very relaxing last hour
- We reserved a suite so we could close the bedroom door when our kids went to bed, but there was no door on the bedroom, just empty hinges. The toilet only flushed half the time, and the shower had no hot water.
