The room was a nice size not cramped but I did book the hearing impaired and it was bigger than the regular double queen. The breakfast had a good selection of food. The location was easy to get to. This location has a water dispenser in the lobby so that was a huge plus. I am an avid water drinker so being able to fill my water containers was a nice surprise. Loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful. It is located across the street from PayPal headquarters, as a side note.I would recommend this location as a laid-back place to stay

There is not breakfast provided at this location. The check in was simple and when I returned to the front desk to inform them that my assigned room had not been cleaned they quickly shifted me to another space. The convenience of the location is great.

My husband was so happy with the hotel. He said it’s about time you take me somewhere nice. We stayed overnight for the Luke Combs concert and it was a great location. The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep all night. The room sofa was nice. Overall nice hotel. If ever needed we’d stay here again.
I liked the location, very convenient to walkto the offices around. Amazing is is right next to Target. Very safe area. Rooms are big.

Very nice & quiet area
Good location
We were so grateful to find this place. We attempted to stay at another higher end hotel in the area but unfortunately they had no running water after we checked in so we left. The best western saved the day. They had a cute outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi which we ended up having all to ourselves. The rooms were pretty clean, and we felt pretty safe there. They had a decent amount of options for breakfast and we were so grateful they had almond milk! The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond. It’s not a perfect hotel by any means but it was a bit of a hidden gem because it checked all the boxes as far as amenities, still felt safe, and was fairly budget friendly too.

Very clean, great location. Staff very friendly. Walmart is a short walk across the street, Chipotle, Wendy's a few mins walk, Few minutes to the bus. Your door faces the parking lot, so you will experience noise from your neighbors and traffic, so keep that in mind. TV, comfortable bed, mini fridge, couch, bathroom had plenty of towels and shower products. Felt safe and secure. Was ideal for my needs for the week, at a great price.

Liked the location, in regard to our event at the SAP Center. Although the parking is on the pricey side…. It is new, very clean, very secure and very close to the hotel. The hotel entrance was very inviting, staff was friendly, rooms were clean, HVAC units worked well and were quiet, plenty of towels and accessories…..would stay here again.

Good location
We were so grateful to find this place. We attempted to stay at another higher end hotel in the area but unfortunately they had no running water after we checked in so we left. The best western saved the day. They had a cute outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi which we ended up having all to ourselves. The rooms were pretty clean, and we felt pretty safe there. They had a decent amount of options for breakfast and we were so grateful they had almond milk! The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond. It’s not a perfect hotel by any means but it was a bit of a hidden gem because it checked all the boxes as far as amenities, still felt safe, and was fairly budget friendly too.

The location is excellent. The rooms are bright and light. I loved the little kitchen in every room. The filtered water was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The lobby is great, there is a lot of space to relax or meet with people. Nicely decorated.

Sizeable room with 2 comfy beds, mini fridge, walk in shower, couch, very fast internet. Staff very friendly, and will happily give you quarters for the laundry facilities. My husband was so happy with the hotel. He said it’s about time you take me somewhere nice. We stayed overnight for the Luke Combs concert and it was a great location. The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep all night. The room sofa was nice. Overall nice hotel. If ever needed we’d stay here again.

The location is excellent. The rooms are bright and light. I loved the little kitchen in every room. The filtered water was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The lobby is great, there is a lot of space to relax or meet with people. Nicely decorated.

Very nice & quiet area
Good location
We were so grateful to find this place. We attempted to stay at another higher end hotel in the area but unfortunately they had no running water after we checked in so we left. The best western saved the day. They had a cute outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi which we ended up having all to ourselves. The rooms were pretty clean, and we felt pretty safe there. They had a decent amount of options for breakfast and we were so grateful they had almond milk! The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond. It’s not a perfect hotel by any means but it was a bit of a hidden gem because it checked all the boxes as far as amenities, still felt safe, and was fairly budget friendly too.

My husband was so happy with the hotel. He said it’s about time you take me somewhere nice. We stayed overnight for the Luke Combs concert and it was a great location. The bed was so comfortable I was able to sleep all night. The room sofa was nice. Overall nice hotel. If ever needed we’d stay here again.

There is not breakfast provided at this location. The check in was simple and when I returned to the front desk to inform them that my assigned room had not been cleaned they quickly shifted me to another space. The convenience of the location is great.

Very nice & quiet area
Good location
We were so grateful to find this place. We attempted to stay at another higher end hotel in the area but unfortunately they had no running water after we checked in so we left. The best western saved the day. They had a cute outdoor pool area with a jacuzzi which we ended up having all to ourselves. The rooms were pretty clean, and we felt pretty safe there. They had a decent amount of options for breakfast and we were so grateful they had almond milk! The staff were all very friendly and went above and beyond. It’s not a perfect hotel by any means but it was a bit of a hidden gem because it checked all the boxes as far as amenities, still felt safe, and was fairly budget friendly too.

Very clean, great location. Staff very friendly. Walmart is a short walk across the street, Chipotle, Wendy's a few mins walk, Few minutes to the bus. Your door faces the parking lot, so you will experience noise from your neighbors and traffic, so keep that in mind. TV, comfortable bed, mini fridge, couch, bathroom had plenty of towels and shower products. Felt safe and secure. Was ideal for my needs for the week, at a great price.
