My room was prepaid for. When I arrived the front desk said I had only prepaid for 1 night and that I had to pay for the second night still. So against my better judgment I paid for the second night again. Now a week later still trying to get reimbursed.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we ABSOLUTELY ADORE this B&B. Every room has a majestic calm beauty thanks to the AMAZING ocean views. Every nook and corner has some eclectic collection of books or art sculptures. My Favorite getaway bar none.

My spouse and I liked that it was near Starbucks and gas stations, as well as food areas that were not just a bunch of fast food. The neighborhood appeared to be upscale, as Tesla is nearby, a hot breakfast was included, and they have a small gym.

It is very nice and people were friendly. My BIG issue is that I asked for a quiet room, it was Halloween so very few people booked. I was put in a room next to VERY loud people, couldn?t sleep till after they fell asleep, late and I was their for work.

For the first time, a Best Western Hotel in Santa Clara County actually had an ADD compliant room advertised that WAS ADD compliant. A roll-in shower with a bench AND a shower chair, grab bars, doors the proper width, and a toilet that wasn't too low.
Everything. Quick check-in. Friendly staff. My room was clean and quiet. Very good breakfast.
The size of the room was nice, the bed was comfortable and it had a nice chair to relax in.

I liked everything about this hotel from the room to the staff to the parking and to the location. It had a beautiful pool and the landscaping around the hotel was really well done. I will stay here anytime I need a hotel room in the location.
