- While rated 3.5 stars, it feels like a 5-star property with fantastic amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.
- The rooms were modern and functional. Staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. We were especially impressed by Samantha.
- Customer service was excellent. We arrived at 4am but she helped a lot.
Cons -
- View from our first floor room.
- Just about everything else. The staff was not very helpful. There is no tea or coffee in room -- no fridge or microwave or hotpot. Everything is very minimalistic -- which would be fine except it furnishings, finishings seems super cheap.
- It would be nice to have some papertowel.
