- The staff was Great
- The staff is friendly and helpful!
- Proximity to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. Very welcoming staff.
Cons -
- Noise of veneration is disturbing. The fantan outside helps, but is off at night. Unfortunately.
- Noisy! You can hear everything through the walls and loud noises from other parts of the hotel.
- This hotel was very hard to find using google or waze directions. It took you around and around in circles. Very frustrating.The walls are very thin and it was very noisy until late at night.parking kinda sucks.coffee in room was dated exp 8/2019.
