- Great location and large rooms.
- This was a horribly disappointing experience.
- The location and staff are very good. The room is a very nice size.
Cons -
- The continental breakfast served had few options. This location used to have a robust breakfast. They do offer room service for dinner, however there is no room service for breakfast. They might want to consider that?
- We showed up to the hotel only to be told that the rooms werent ready. They made us wait, checked others in and then sent us to a completely different hotel. This hotel was terrible and dirty. Nothing compared to what we have learned to expect from Gran
- The hotel hot tub by the pool has been broken for over a year. The hotel has also stopped providing a hot breakfast and it is now more of a continental breakfast. The hot breakfast was one of the great benefits the hotel offered. Sad to see it gone.
