Pros +
- The views were amazing! The staff went above and beyond! The fireplace in the room wasn¿t working properly and someone came to fix it right away.
- A member of the in room dining staff attempted to enter my room while I was in the shower, despite me not having placed a food order. It wasn't immediately handled well by management.
- The staff was absolutely incredible, meeting every need of the guests and making everyone feel welcomed.
Cons -
- We ate at the Navio for brunch, however ended up getting food poisoning. I thought it couldn¿t have been from Navio, however after reading other reviews, others experienced the same during that time frame who ate at the restaurant.
