This hotel is a historic landmark by a famous female architect. Hotel is full of architecture significance and is well preserved. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff is also amazing.

The hotel tour was cool and then the sabering of the champagne just afterwards was outstanding. The restaurant was so go we went back for breakfast and the staff at the bar and the restaurant were top notch.

I hated it.
During a late-January week, the intersection of Columbus and Broadway has been quiet on weeknights and noisy until about midnight. Similarly, noises inside hotel are minimal. It¿s a bit chilly but both rooms I¿ve stayed in have had good blankets.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel was well-appointed with amenities and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location was very convenient for the purposes of our trip. I would stay at this hotel again.
Located in the middle of everything, and in and out access was super simple.
The staff was great. Having a restaurant on location was also great.
