- Great location. Friendly staff. Rooms are a little drab. Bed was not that comfortable and the pillows were shockingly hollow
- The staff was incredible throughout. When my brother had some medical issues hotel employee was amazing, stayed with us, truly concerned. He helped get his son set up with a bed my daughters room. Gave me hugs of support! Truly remarkable staff!

Cons -
- They messed up our breakfast order on about three fronts and it got to the point that it was a little embarrassing to ask for anything further.
- Wish there was in room coffee?
- The staff was aloof and not overly helpful. Our room was next to a wedding on the fifth floor which was very loud.
