Excellent location
Breakfast is poor on options are ridiculous. If you consume more than x amount you pay extra. Is not buffet.The valet takes around 30 to 40 minutes to bring your car. And most time don’t even answer the messages.

Fantastic location . Close to Moscone centre
Very uncomfortable bed. It seemed like springs were damaged and bed was sloping to one side . We informed the staff , they apparently changed the mattress topper which only slightly improved the situation . Mattress should have been changed or we should have been offered a different room if they could not change the mattress

Compact well designed room. Great location. Restaurant and bar available. Friendly staff. Nice lobby area. They let us check in early, at 12:30.
Parking was expensive! $75 for overnight.

Beautiful hotel. Our 32nd wedding anniversary. Maia (?) upgraded us to a beautiful corner suite with a great view! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

That I payed more for a city view and they had me facing an alley with another building blocking everything

Great location across from Moscone. Uber access to rest of city. The rooftop restaurant is suprb and well priced. Convenient cofee house in lobby. Room extremely clean and well designed. Great views from corner room.

The location was great! Close to Oracle Park! Great restaurants close by and its own rooftop restaurant! Great views!

Great location
All the extra fees they tack on. Ended up costing $150 more then expected.
