I booked two rooms through Booking and paid the full amount in advance, but upon arrival there was a mistake by the front desk staff who charged an additional USD 1,401.38 in error. Although the staff member initially said the refund would take 7–10 business days, it was only returned the next day after I strongly complained. The employee’s attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly; he even took my card to the back office for nearly an hour without giving me any updates. On top of that, a delivery I was expecting to the hotel was lost, and when I asked about water in the rooms, the staff sarcastically replied: “How do you expect us to put water in 645 rooms every day?” On the last night, the power went out in our rooms, and we had to pack our bags using only our phone flashlights before heading to the airport. Even their ironing service was disappointing — they refused to iron more than one item and suggested ironing just a “t-shirt.” Overall, the experience was very frustrating. For a hotel of this class and price, I expected much better service, but unfortunately it was far below expectations. This is an experience I will never repeat with Hyatt hotels.

Excellent location close to shopping, returaunts etc. Close to BART as well. Excellent room. Very large and nicely appointed. Very comfy bed. Room safe and fridge were appreciated. Very helpful staff.

I'm from Iran and cause of war suddenly conection with Iran was cut off. I was really upset while staying at hotel. But the master of receptionist and other staff were so sympathetic and guided me that I no longer felt alienated. In addition, it is a truly well-equipped, clean, and quiet hotel, and with its unique view of the city, it made my stay memorable.

There are no restrooms available in the hotel lobby and guests must go to higher floors. Many guests will need a restroom upon arrival at the hotel after a very long journey and may not be able to wait for reception.

The location is great and the hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The offerings at breakfast were fresh and tasted great!

At the price point, I wish the breakfast offering for the buffet included kosher/halal meats, and just more offerings in general. Also for the same reason (price point), which there were more/better coffee offerings.

location. amazing view. comfortable room and bed.

private items stolen from the room! despite reaching out to staff, promised search and never found nor answered anymore.woke up daily sharp early morning 7am by strikes in front of hotel - apparently happening for many weeks before, which hotel never informed us about.lied about parking nearby and its prices, just to purchase parking ticket at hotel. we went and checked the parking ourselves, prices were less than halve of what we were told.
