When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

When I first got there the girl that checked me in was tattoo. She was very professional, courteous, helpful. She helped me out and I tried to leave a tip and stuff but the other lady told me I couldn't do that. I was very disappointed

The hotel was under renovation, so it was super dirty and super ugly my room when I opened the window to get some air it was covered in cobwebs and my room did not have a fresh clean feeling to it.
