Room was very well appointed and clean and location was fine.
Room did not have internet. Brought to staff attention but nothing they could do and I should use internet in lobby. For a 4 star hotel obviously tailored for business people not having internet in room is very poor. Would not stay here again

Definitely a disappointment, I have been Priority Club member for 8 years and have over 400 nights in Priority Club hotels and this is most disappointing stay for business purposes. Had to postpone WebX conference call because no internet and potentially risked business. Breakfast is $26 which is very expensive for business traveler and crazy rule where you have to hand your car keys over to front desk, never heard of this before. The rooms were nice and the convenient location to the airport was appealing.
Lack of service in the bar area.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

The swimming pool is small. It looks like a kiddie pool

My overall experience was great nice staff, clean hotel, and great food.
